Our Active Skills: Multi-Skills classes (2-3 years old) will develop your child’s agility, balance and coordination (ABC’s).
Our Active Skills: Multi-Sport classes (3-4 years old) will develop your child’s ABC’s along with the introduction of skills and knowledge linked to a wide variety of sports. Our Active Wheels: Balance Bike classes (2-4 years old) are a perfect way to get your child ready for a pedal bike without the use of stabilisers. The NHS and Government recommend that Under 5’s should be active for 180 minutes (3 hours) per day. One of our classes will provide your child with a minimum of 35 minutes of constant physical activity as well as developing their teamwork, communication, friendship and leadership skills. Most of all the sessions will be FUN and engaging. |
